I made 3 reservations so far (in 1 mo) and had issues with all three!! Last one the car just did not work and I could not use it - so I had to reshuffle my entire day 

Not only their cars are dirty / not maintained properly but the customer support just does care 

This is an awful experience, really bad service - I am rushing to find a competitor and delete the app.

App for Italy and France only but services are available in other cities like Barcelona, how are we supposed to use it?

The app simply doesn’t work. While I can easily log on their website, the app doesn’t accept the same password I use to log on to their website. When I ask it to reset my password, the app isn’t able to send an email. For a business that’s supposed to function solely online, this is unacceptable.
