SD card recording is difficult to review as you cannot go back to the point of movement notification Easily, it jumps all over the place and constantly wants to go back to the original recording! Not compatible with google home app! Which is annoying because I’ve had instances where I needed more than the 8sec clip given to me. I hope that gets fixed. The quality however is not awful. It could definitely be better but it gets the job done. Also I’ve had people drop off packages and never got it on PIR. But when the wind blows too hard it catches that. It’s super sensitive but also not sensitive enough in some instances. My app doesn’t ring and nobody seems to know why. Disappointment. Also the battery last a few weeks if that. If the PIR is on it’ll last a week. So don’t buy the bell. I bell works fine but the second does not send any notifications, despite everything being turned on, on the phone. Not receiving notifications makes the bell totally useless. I’ve got the doorbell and the chain but I had to buy the batteries and the battery charger separate. Is it able to take 12v dc from a power adapter because I want to power it with wired connection , what is the voltage range it can take aside from the 18650 batteries ? There is no info on the package or instructions about the wired voltage information so I wrote here . Otherwise it is a pretty good device and Does everything it says on the box , note it only takes 2.4 g wifi if your router uses automatic band selection you have to manually disable this and use the two seperate wifi frequencies and choose and set it up with the 2.4 . And after you do any settings etc you have to close app then open again and it’s done . Took a while to figure it out but it works good . Each time you use it you work out what else it can do . App looks nice and very stable on my iPhone 7s, never crashed, opens fast and never misses the push notifications from the doorbell. It allows two-way audio and live view from the doorbell and also works very well with the cloud videos and as well as video and pics from the micro SD memory card. From the UBell app I can also configure all the settings of my doorbell including the PIR motion detection, the sleep timer, the push notifications and perform firmware updates among other things. I hope the developers will continue doing the good work on this app. ### 5/5 — Great *2018-10-13, version 1.0.47* Works well, a wee bit fiddly to set up but once done it works a treat. It is not instant and takes a 5-6 seconds for camera feed to come to your phone but that’s not bad if you are sitting on a beach in Spain.
