The app is slow and freezes up. You always seem to have to fight to get money owed. The guarantee money, is definitely not guaranteed. CarShare is like a big bloated bureaucratic system where nothing gets done or completed on time. It takes weeks to get any issues resolved, no matter how little. We have followed all the terms and now they are backtracking on their promise that we have screenshots and proof of. Do not rent out your car to this app. Better off going to Turo. Money is legit sitting in my Uber account and it has been months and they will not allow me to transfer it out. The Biggest Scam I have ever been apart of.
