It would be much clearer if one statement showed the full flow of money: total weekly sales, number of orders, then each deduction, then the net amount paid to my bank. That way the invoice reconciles directly against what actually lands in my account. Everyday we deal with having to ask drivers to be sure to complete their pick up to prevent theft, leading to confrontations and even altercations sometimes, and it still happens sometimes with certain drivers pretending to have marked the order as picked up, all because Uber can’t give merchants the ability to mark their order as being picked up from the store. DoorDash added it, so could you guys. ### 1/5 — Arnaque *2026-06-30* Je suis restaurateur. Évitez à tout prix de travailler avec Uber Eats. Une vraie arnaque !! Un client peut demander un remboursement pour un produit manquant ou une soi-disant mauvaise composition, et il sera remboursé facilement, sans aucune preuve. En revanche, vous, le restaurateur, vous ne pouvez pratiquement rien faire. Le pire dans tout ça, c’est qu’ils vous prennent les “33 %” (qui sont plutôt proches de “40 %”) sur le montant total de la commande, même lorsque le client a été remboursé. Au lieu de prélever leur commission sur le montant restant après déduction du remboursement, ils la calculent sur le montant total. De vraies pourritures !
