Kurz vor Konzertbeginn funktioniert die App nicht.

Eine Frechheit, dass man gezwungen wird die App zu benutzen statt Tickets per email zu senden. Und dann ist diese auch so richtig schlecht. Ich meine wirklich, ich habe Lage nicht so eine nutzlose App gehabt. Ich verstehe den Sinn dahinter gar nicht. Ich freue mich schon drauf die nach dem Konzert zu deinstallieren und werde definitiv nie wieder direkt bei der Arena Tickets kaufen.

Ich weiß nicht was das sein soll, ein App ist das jedenfalls nicht. Nicht die Zeichen wert die ich Tippe. Erspart Euch den Download die Registrierung und Nutzung. Viel Glück für die Zukunft Uber. Ihr werdet es brauchen.

Hab selten eine so schlecht programmierte App gesehen. Unübersichtlich nicht intuitiv. Ihr waren echt Amateure am Werk. Bei Eingaben stürzt die App ab.  Die AEG sollte hier dringend Abhilfe schaffen und professionelle Entwickler beauftragen.

Ich habe einen Account in der App und kann mich nicht mehr einloggen. Auch kann ich das Passwort nicht zurücksetzen, da ich keine E-Mail bekomme. Was ist mit meinen Käufen/ Buchungen? Leider scheint es auch keine Kontaktmöglichkeiten…auch eine Neuregistrierung ist nicht möglich - wie schlecht ist das denn?

so eine grottenschlechte App gesehen!
Wollte Club 201 Seat Karten für Simple Minds! Dazu ist die App zwingend notwendig! Also runter geladen.., registriert… und dann… Event gesucht.. gefunden… buchen.. ??? Hinweis erscheint: nur über App möglich!! ?? Alles mehrfach versucht… keine Möglichkeit zu buchen!!!

Essen und Getränke bestellen ist ne katastrophale Umsetzung ‼️ Am Oberring ist keine Station auswählbar und beim Unterrang steht man genauso lange wie jeder Kunde der die angeblich einfache und zügige Abwicklung nicht genutzt hat. 
Geladen, registriert, unbrauchbar, gelöscht… Sehr schade ☹️

Was für ein Müll. Auf der Webseite wird man, um Tickets zu erwerben auf die App verwiesen. Nachdem ich die App installiert und mich registriert habe, werde ich zum Kaufen von Tickets auf die Webseite navigiert (..die mich aber auf die App verweist). Danke für den Frust!
