It doesn’t have to be every day and I understand the 3 to 5 days but 3 to 5 days you’re collecting money on my money the way I look at it and the wire transfer should be faster if it’s frequent and if it’s planned on the app every Tuesday for free, it should be instant for free as an example. I run into trouble with the ATM limits and inability to get cash back at stores, though. customer support said the card doesn’t support getting cash from stores, but I was able to for months up until just recently. Sometimes I don’t even go to an ATM but it for whatever reason counts that withdrawal as an ATM withdrawal. There’s been several times where I couldn’t access my money and had to transfer it to a different card for a $2.99 fee, or just have no other options because the transfer wouldn’t work. It’s extremely frustrating to not be able to use the card or access the money I make off Uber. I hope in the future these issues are addressed. Yesterday was the first of the month, so after paying rent, money was tight and I still needed gas to get back on the road and earn. Having Backup available meant I could put gas in my car, start driving, and keep making money instead of being stuck because I didn’t have the upfront gas money. I also love that my Uber earnings are deposited right away without having to pay a cash-out fee. When you depend on your vehicle to make your income, having quick access to what you earn — plus a little backup when you need it most — can make a huge difference. The bank decided to hold it past the 7 max days the merchant said the hold would take to fall off. They say it takes 15 days.
