Amazing app - all the utility without the extra nonsense. Shows previous sessions weight and reps with a suggested progressive overload with various ways to adjust it to your liking. Clean, simple to use, and the best app I’ve found by far for this purpose. My one request would be the ability to change the default amount of sets.
