Ubidrop is a simple way to share files with nearby devices over your local WiFi network.

Send photos, videos, documents, music, and more without cables, cloud uploads, or sending files to yourself in chat apps.

Use Ubidrop from the iPhone share sheet in apps like Photos, Files, Safari, and more. To receive files, open Ubidrop and keep it visible so nearby devices can find you.

How it works

Ubidrop transfers files directly over your local WiFi network. Your devices need to be connected to the same WiFi network for discovery and transfer.

To send from iPhone, tap Share in your favorite app and choose Ubidrop.
To receive on iPhone, open the Ubidrop app and keep it visible while the other device sends the file.

Privacy and security

Your files are transferred over your local network and are not uploaded to a third-party cloud service.

Where are incoming files stored?

Received files stay on your device and can be accessed from within the app.
