(1) Québécois French and Canadian English now show distinct flag icons, so they're easy to tell apart when picking a language (they previously shared the same Canadian flag now it's a combination of Canadian flag + English flag and Canadian flag + fleur-de-lis as the fleur-de-lis is Quebec's national symbol).
(2) Fixed a bug where "Add Translation" could get stuck on French when your first word was in a language you already speak - you can now add translations in all languages that were initially set up.
(3) Tidied up the language and pronunciation (Speech Voice) settings, removing a duplicate French control and a redundant flag.
