Don’t make people sign up for this to play single player games. ### 1/5 — Thieves *2025-01-16, version 9.2.12* Ubisoft is quite possibly the worst gaming company there is, if you have any problems with any of their games or services you’re expected to message them and wait hours for a response and typically take weeks to resolve any of your problems, i recently purchased Ubisoft+ premium and have it linked to my xbox account but got nothing associated with the subscription I restarted my xbox expecting that to resolve the issue but it did absolutely nothing i contacted xbox which took a whole 5 minutes and they told me to contact ubisoft which i was hoping i didn’t have to do hence an ongoing problem with them making my email address my gamertag which doesn’t allow me access to the email because it was taken by someone else i contacted them previously to fix the problem and they told me to go on the email to resolve my problem so essentially telling me to hack someone else's account to gain access to my own, they have absolutely no number to call no other form of communication other than their horrible chat that takes hours for a response so long story short they stole my money for the subscription that i can’t access and will continue to charge me $22.56 every month until i gain access to an email that isn’t mine please save yourself the hassle and stay away from anything related to Ubisoft they’re out dated and there are plenty of other and better games to be playing. ### 1/5 — Achievements not showing *2025-01-13, version 9.2.12* Older games doesn’t show achievements in the app. For example, Farcry 4 doesn’t show achievements (while it is visible in PC app), but AC Mirage does. ### 1/5 — Fix invite *2025-01-13, version 9.2.12* Does anyone else have trouble inviting cross platform friends I’ve tried over and over again and still nothing. ### 1/5 — The worst app I’ve ever used in my life :) *2025-01-10, version 9.2.12* Why do I have to reset my password every time l open the app.? I’ve dumped countless dollars into this game buying the battlepass every season as well as in game cosmetics. And after years of loyalty to this Garbage company some how some one was able to waltz in and steal my account and change all the information without any permission from me. The only “support” they offer is a ticket submission in which you’ll submit a request for customer service and they’ll completely ignore it. No wonder this P.O.S. company is going under.
