### 1/5 — Very Stressful Banking Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with UBL Sharjah branch and their digital banking service. I was locked out of my UBL Digital account while abroad in the UK and spent several days trying to regain access. The app kept giving errors, OTP codes were delayed or not received, and customer support could not properly resolve the issue.

One of the biggest problems was trying to change my registered phone number. The process is extremely difficult and stressful. Even after following instructions, using the app and website, and submitting the required T-PIN, the number still would not update. Customer support kept sending me back and forth without a clear solution, which made the whole experience very frustrating.

I understand security is important, but the process should be much simpler and more practical for customers who are abroad. Overall, the service caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience, especially when I urgently needed access to make payments.
