Im giving an honest review, I’ve literally used other apps and the other ones are so confusing they barely have any Info and u have info!!! I loved this app it’s very easy and understandable. It gives you the option to pick if you want to maintain weight, lose weight, or gain weight, I picked to gain weight so hopefully ill gain weight in no time. :)
