Much better than using the old card reader. If I try multiple time my account gets blocked for a few hours. Most frustrating experience! ### 1/5 — Horrible UI/UX *2026-06-11, version 26.05.2* Possibly the most poorly built banking app I have encountered. All the most important information and functions (eg IBAN, Transfers) are a pain to do. This is a 300 year old wooden boat in an ocean with Virginia class submarines in terms of apps. ### 1/5 — So bad it makes me want to change banks *2026-06-03, version 26.05.1* so bad it makes me want to leave UBS after I was forced to migrate from CS. This app is the slowest banking app I have ever used (have had over 7 banking apps from Canada and Europe) and not as user friendly as Old CS one. Basically no thought given to UX - it’s a disaster ### 1/5 — Still bad! *2025-06-25, version 15.05.2* Once again disappointed by no useful updates to navigation. eBill feature completely unusable as the PDF invoice was not read correctly and the payment amount was automatically applied to the payment even though it was wrong and you cannot edit it in the payment approval screen. Also the auto selected date was PASSED the due date of the invoice and therefore I would have missed the payment.
