The TWINT app is good for making payments at stores, but is cumbersome when what to send money from person to person - need to always create a contact on the phone before being able to send or request money. Why this app cannot generate a simple single use QR code to receive payments from friends and colleagues?

Please, could you make adding new contacts a bit easier? Having access to the phone’s contact list and being able to paste phone numbers with spaces (as it’s copied by default from the contact list) would be a great start!

Ich benutze Twint sehr häufig und bin eigentlich sehr zufrieden damit. In letzter Zeit gibt es jedoch ständig Fehler in der App – der QR-Code-Scanner öffnet sich nicht oder der Bildschirm friert ein, sodass ich keine Zahlungen durchführen kann. Das kostet Zeit und bringt mich dazu, nach Alternativen zu suchen.

If you’re cautious about your personal data, this is the app for you. In the end most modern apps, use your data as a source of income. Being that, there is no way you would get around and giving up some useful information which can then be of interest for someone (mostly adds). Being that I think it was quite smart from the Swiss guys to establish a standard for electronic payment, which is outside of the banking system, kind of… overall, it’s a neat design and easy and straightforward to use. It is pretty handy.

Ich würde mich freuen wenn ich als Grenzgänger die App ebenfalls nutzen könnte.

Grösster Müll! ständig Probleme! Jedes Mal wenn man es nutzen möchte ein neues Problem oder man muss nach ein paar Stunden schon wieder aktualisieren! Was soll der Unsinn das ist null praktisch sondern behindernd und nervig!!!!!!

Die App ist unzuverlässig und schlecht gemacht. Ich hatte Twint auf meine Kreditkarte umgestellt, jedoch kann ich die Umstellung nicht mehr ändern. Unbekannter Fehler. Der Support ist nicht erreichbar. Ich hab echt keine Lust mehr Twint zu benutzen. Apple Pay ist dem weiten voraus. In Garagen mit schlechter Internet Verbindung funktioniert es auch garnicht. Dazu funktioniert kein  copy & Paste in der App also muss ich viele Daten manuell eintippen. Für Zahlungen, wo der Wert manuell eingegeben werden muss, öffnet sich der Browser??? Dazu kann ich Twint nicht wie Apple Pay als standalone Gerät auf dem pc einrichten. Akku leer = keine Zahlungen. Twint hat sich als unausgereifte, unzuverlässige Zahlungsmethode herausgestellt, dazu ist die UBS Twint App nochmal besonders schlimm. Bis auf Nerven und Zeit hat mir die App nichts gebracht. Dinge funktioniere nicht, oder sind einfach nicht zünde gedacht. Als jemand der vom Fach ist, ist das leider ein Armutszeugnis welcher nur von Patriotismus lebt

Creating new contacts is a pain: cannot access the address book and not even paste a number!
Now to make things worse: contacts are not saved anymore!
Please fix it urgently. Sending Twint with UBS isa horrible experience!

Attempted to sign up to pay for parking in Bern, but due to the stipulation of using a Swiss/german phone number to get a security code I was unable to. Attempted to use my eSIM number from the UK but was unable to change the area code. If the app is going to be advertised as an alternative to pay for parking email should be offered as well for international travellers.

Bien que Twint vérifie désormais les numéros étrangers, Twint UBS ne le fait toujours pas… Impossible donc d’utiliser l’application en utilisant l’argent de son propre compte en temps réel. L’argent met plusieurs jours pour être déposé sur le compte Twint. 
Il est temps grandement temps d’offrir aux frontaliers le niveau de service correspondant aux frais que nous payons.

Provando a creare un account come nuovo utente, al momento di inserire il numero di telefono (il mio è svizzero) appare il messaggio “ubs twint attualmente non disponibile”. Così da 2 giorni. In più il tasto di aiuto indirizza a un link inesistente. Servizio davvero pessimo.
