They have not updated the app in 11 months. ### 1/5 — Tedious *2020-10-29, version 3.4* I have to use this to click in and out, and it is a 10-step process. It will not save your username and it will not allow push notifications to be remembered (it informs my that cookies are not enabled, which is wrong). ### 1/5 — Use this for a self-guided tour of Queens, NY *2020-08-07* We came to see the University and take the self-guided tour except that the accompanying map shows Queens, NY. How about assigning an app fix to the CIS students? This app is embarrassing to the University of Cincinnati. ### 1/5 — It’s not reliable or worth having *2020-01-16* UC doesn’t care about its students. That’s why this app is so poorly designed, maintained and updated. A year ago they “updated” it, but without actually improving or fixing what was complained about. The shuttle tracker is so unreliable you’re better off not trusting it, you will miss your shuttle every single time. ### 1/5 — Janky *2019-11-06* I downloaded this app purely for the shuttles, which I imagine is similar for a lot of students. Sometimes it works perfectly, but after a couple days it just says "internal server error" and you have to redownload the app. Sometimes, redownloading it doesn't work. For the amount of people who use this app for the shuttle function, you'd think it'd be a little more functional. People depend on this to get to class on time. It should work. ### 1/5 — 1st time user *2019-04-04* Just downloaded it and it won’t even open up. “Cannot connect” regardless of on WiFi or 4G. ### 1/5 — Terrible app. *2017-08-29* I'm a student at UC and this app has been "suggested" to me by a number of people. I finally downloaded it today after three years on campus. In the 10 minute window it took to download the night ride app and the UC app itself, I've received no information on when shuttle buses will be arriving, the comments page on the UC app doesn't even allow for you to send feedback. Unless someone was to look at this page, they wouldn't even know there was problem. And there are a good few of them bouncing around at least this one if not the night ride app as well. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2017-08-16* The only reason I downloaded the app was to track the shuttle, but the app won't let you scroll down on the list of shuttle routes so I can only view the routes that aren't useful to me. Really irritated at this point because the website also has the same glitch. GET IT TOGETHER ### 1/5 — Bus tracking *2017-01-31* I am the last stop on the east route for the shuttles and the buses are consistently full and I have no way of knowing. UC NEEDS another bus for this route, but until that happens the app should have an update that allows the drivers to signal when their buses are full. I'm so tired of waiting for buses, being yelled at to get off because there aren't any seats, and consequently being late to class. ### 1/5 — Just an empty shell... *2013-08-20* It's just icons linking to the regular mobile version of the website. I use the shuttle system daily, and being able to track where the shuttle is and when I need to be out waiting for it from my phone is convenience at its best. There is so much campus information in this app that you almost don't even need to go the UC website. If you're a UC student, download this app. The only thing I found lacking was iPhone 5 support.
