It makes the softphone service basically useless because it doesn’t work properly in the background on iPhone. I suspect it caused my receptionists Google phone to overheat. This app is the only problem with the functioning of my softphone. I can see complaints stem back 4 years. Developer- you must Fix this!! People won’t mind paying just fix it so it doesn’t make a softphone useless on iPhone. Shame on you TPG for exclusively partnering with an unworkable app. ### 1/5 — Do not buy this *2021-02-01, version 22.6.7.133* Completely rubbish. Waste of time. Spent 2 hours on the phone and still couldn’t get it fixed. It’s been a disaster and I would in NO way recommend it. ### 1/5 — Does not ring *2019-05-09, version 22.6.7.133* Support told me I have to have the app in the foreground for it to ring. Otherwise if the phone is on standby it will not ring. ### 3/5 — Problematic but can work OK with a bit of hacking *2019-04-05, version 22.6.7.133* This app does deserve its one-star rating for having gone so long without any update or even transparency regarding a frustrating inability to receive calls to a locked/sleeping iPhone but I have found a reliable workaround for this if you have a mobile phone number to use. Within the settings menu of the app itself, make sure you have ALL Call Forwarding options enabled EXCEPT “Always Forward”. This will cause all incoming calls to the VOIP number to be redirected to a mobile phone if the VOIP line is unavailable. This process does not disclose the forwarded number to the calling party—that will remain private. This will not work if the device using the app does not have a mobile phone number associated. Feeling a strong 2 to light 3 on this app. Definitely needs this incoming call issue to be rectified ASAP. Also lacks some other rudimentary functions like being able to copy/paste a phone number to call. Hard to believe that this is being rolled out by big corporate telecommunications, go figure. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t receive calls to your phone *2019-04-03, version 22.6.7.133* Very unhappy with how this works. It’s a shame, as the idea in principle is great. Can you fix the issues, all of which have been mentioned in reviews a million times over, ASAP?!?!?! ### 1/5 — App won’t ring unless app is running in foreground and unlocked *2018-12-03, version 22.6.5.126* So unless you have the app running in the foreground the app won’t ring, extremely disappointing. ### 1/5 — CallKit not working! *2018-10-19, version 22.6.4.123* Updated oct 17, 2018 and still not working if app is logged but not open! The purpose of this app is to be able to ring without having it oppened. Will not work with CarPlay if the app is not open.
