Whenever field professionals face genuine issues, we often do not receive proper support or timely responses from the staff. Many ground-level problems are not handled seriously, and issue resolution can take too long. No one is cooperative Category managers doesn’t pick any call or doesn’t respond to any message if partner is facing any problem. They always give excuses. No one in the company who treats partner good and politely no one is there in urban company you helps every managers blocked partners mobile number. If client cancel booking by own then the cancellation will apply on partners profile even the customer service staff doesn’t solve problems they just pass the time on call and make excuses. They promised in the company at the training phase that if partners are facing any issue they can contact directly to their category manager but category manager doesn’t response of any call and message even i tried to call him 10 times a day but I didn’t respond. Company need to examine or explore their staff too what they’re doing because only partners suffer at ground level. I asked my category manager for my suitable hub at training time but he said he’ll change after a month but now he’s denying and I’m requesting him to change my hub for 8 months but still he’s just making excuses. **Developer response:** Hi!
