## What is UCAnywhere?

The UCA application has been developed in a way to give users a true unified communications experience. UCA enables corporate users to benefit from innovative and compelling cloud communications on their smartphone.

Key features include:

- Integrated VoIP softphone and switch to GSM when IP network connectivity is poor (WiFi or mobile data).
- Instant notifications and instant messaging for users.
- Unified Communications’ history (chat, voicemails, calls)
- Unified contacts (personal, corporate)
- Forwarding rules management.
- Call control (transfer, N-way conferencing, call recording, voice call continuity)
- Real-time user and telephony presence state.
- Video conferencing with screen and file sharing.
