They hold your security deposit up to 30 days after u return the vehicle. I’ve never waited more than 48hrs-7 business days with a rental company even mainstream ones like enterprise. His last name was Khan and I don’t recall his first name. He said some of the rudest things to me and laughed over the phone when my primary form of payment was initially declined…..Do Better🙏🏿 ### 1/5 — Stay away from trouble *2025-01-12* Booking with this company will make your life a nightmare. They ensure they can charge you for anything & suddenly stop communicating when you need their help for maintenance or insurance included in your bill. Uber shouldn’t keep working with this UCars fraud. However, You can test by yourself & realize how they operate. Good luck you’ll need it ### 1/5 — SCAMMERS *2024-12-20* DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU BACK YOUR A REFUND OR YOUR DEPOSIT. ALL OF THEIR CARS ARE FILTHY AND HAVE CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS ON. THEY WILL ROBBED YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. ### 1/5 — Horrible As A whole *2024-10-24* Don’t download the app THE DO NOT RESPOND THERE AT ALL The charge for tolls is $6 a day and I’m sure I’ve been over charged because they expect you to just accept any information you give them as facts and/or say “it’s the system” or “that’s our policy” but here’s some real facts POLICY DOESNT EQUAL LAW! I advise anyone who has dealt with this company call your local or state commission when it comes to renting vehicles and also fair commission. The whole company is BOOTLEG and you will NEVER speak to an American. The people speak poor English and they have horrible attitudes ### 1/5 — You can’t select one of your method of payments *2024-10-22* So I have 3 different method of payments and they only allow you to use the most recent on and when you want to change it nothing happens then you have to call what do I have the app for if I have to call everytime I need to make a payment ### 1/5 — Ucars is EVIL *2024-09-06* Ucars is an absolute disgrace to hard working Americans. They purposely take full advantage and show no mercy to hardworking people. They will give you no chance to get ahead in life - their motto is “stay ahead of the curve” they throw curve balls at you by charging over $1600 per month for a car, and then adding NON STOP CONSTANT fees & tolls & late fees, etc. The level of literal harassment from the over seas barley English speaking customer service team is borderline illegal. This has been the most difficult time I’ve ever experienced & Ucars has absolutely zero remorse or compassion. I look forward to the day when God decides to deal with Ucars & they are judged for taking advantage of hardworking American people ### 1/5 — Taking Advantage of Working Class People *2024-08-22* The short version is they purposely don’t set up the toll system to be complete so that they can charge you extra money in the form of administration, fees, and then make a profit from you doing exactly what an Uber driver would do, take the toll road. I’ll be honest, everything was great, but I’m sitting here with my car disabled, and it’s because I could not afford the extra administration fees that they charge. I found it odd that they did not set up tolls completely, it seems like something they hadn’t thought about. But now I realize they thought about it, and they realized that if they provide a subpar experience (incomplete toll set up), then they would be able to charge extra for tolls and make a profit. This is illogical, because in some cases, you’re basically forced to take the toll route as an Uber driver. But like I said it makes complete sense to them, since it results in extra money for you using the toll roads. I’m disgusted by this practice and now take this company as a predator that I can screw over in any way I find possible. Could have been a friend and ally, now I know you are a vulture and I can’t wait to get back at you for this. ### 1/5 — Just saying this app NEEDS A LOT OF WORK *2024-06-21* You’ll know once you use it. I’m sorry in advance to the amount of difficulty this app will be and then you’ll have to call customer service who can’t always help you because you have to do it through the app or they aren’t available…. Note to Future Users: Patience is Key! This is the only app they have. **** Positive Note: the apps been getting better slowly…. ## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — App is functional *2025-06-13* It’s easy to use for payment. Down side is you can have multiple payment methods but on the app, you can only use the primary. You have to calm support to use other options. The multi payment method is used for automatic payments only. Support through the app is frustrating. It’s AI generated generic responses. Just easier to call support if you have any real issues. ### 5/5 — App and Company is Good *2024-09-30* The reviews are wild but I never had a issue with Ucars. With unlimited mileage, included insurance, and covered maintenance so if your car is in shop then you will get credit for when it is in shop or a replacement car. No to mention all cars are new.
