App worked fine until recently now i get this failed to load data message and reinstalling doesn't fix it...Will give 5stars once the issue is fixed

This would be a better app if it wasn't for the fact it doesn't work properly half the time. I went to use it a little while ago and it wasn't working at all. What a waste.

Currently displays “failed to load data” message repeatedly. Worked well a few months ago but currently unusable. Please fix as this is very convenient to many riders.

Sometimes buses literally dont even show up at stops or even run routes at all. You could at least give us a heads up when a route isn’t going to run so im not stuck out in the cold for an hour

The nice thing about this app is that it shows you where the bus is along the route in real time- which is great when it works. Unfortunately, it isn’t always on for all the routes. It seems to be working only occasionally for my route.

What option do I use to see the bus icon? I seen it one time since I downloaded the app, and haven’t seen it again. Help!!!! It help me out a lot to keep track of the bus.

It was incredibly handy up until recently. It’s not loading the data and keep saying “failed to load data”
I can’t properly check the routes now which is not the most convenient as I rely on the buses to get to and from work daily. I even checked my partner’s app on his phone and it said the same thing. 
Hopefully there could be a proper update to further rectify the error. 
As of right now I can’t see any of the routes and details not even the schedule on there.

I couldn’t see any of the buses are running and some are off mall bus yellow red blue bus isn’t on the app anymore why it’s charging it. I can’t see anything at all. Just leave the app alone change it back it’s was before
