Typically I have to open the app 2-3 times to check charges, deposit checks. I’ve tried calling support that blames my phone or internet service. I’m an OTR trucker, been all over the 48 states on so many different networks, all other apps never have a VPN or security locking issue; its frustrating having no support when their systems are failing. I left this bank with app to find a better bank that will actually help when there’s an issue, if you don’t need to use the mobile app for your bank it’s fine but I’m OTR so much that it’s a necessity and this app has a log in issue every time and it may take days until I’m finally able to log in, by then it’s far too late.
