Makes no sense in this day and age to see how poorly this app is. This app has created a medical emergency for me. UC health staff are not familiar with this programs leading to false and DANGEROUS information. If I happen to cancel appointment and they already charge insurance that is insurance fraud. The staff a UC Health has always responded to questions or concerns in a timely manner. ### 3/5 — Updates? *2025-04-04* The app is asking me to update, but when I click through to the app store as it directs me to do, it doesn’t seem to offer one. It just says “open”. Overall, the app seems to do a pretty good job at most things, but on several occasions the payment estimation and bill I pay is larger than what I owe. It’s a bad system. When it asks for your login information, it should populate both your username and your password AND select the “login” button. Lazy programming. ### 1/5 — Patients do not matter *2025-01-02* Most incompetent office I’ve ever worked with. Took 6 weeks, 4 phone calls and two visits to get a prescription sent to the right pharmacy. Then my son, a HS wrestler went in to ensure his skin was ok to wrestle at a different office. Windsor was amazing. However, the note the doctor wrote wasn’t what we needed. I tried for two days to get a form filled out so he didn’t miss out on his high school wrestling tournament with no luck. Said I’d drive anywhere, take him at any time and because they had to take the time to fill out a form they wouldn’t schedule the appointment. It wasn’t urgent for them. They do not care. Called another office outside of UChealth and got him in within minutes. All your setting is spread out between 1 million different menus. I have had multiple prescriptions shipped to old addresses because there is no way to change, delete, or add shipping addresses!! Why isn’t there a section in your account settings for that!!??? This app is unacceptable and borderline dangerous for a medical corporation to have! ### 1/5 — It reset my entire account just because i wanted to set up an appointment *2026-07-10* This entire app is so confusing and set up horribly. I can’t even set up a normal appointment with a healthcare provider without resetting my entire account? Then I tried to reset my password and the only thing I could talk to about it was a stupid ai. I want to be able to talk to someone at all times, this is healthcare not a normal office that has business hours. I chronically need to set up an appointment for a cyst I have and the ai can’t even send me the codes I need. FIX YOUR APP THIS IS HORRIBLE ### 1/5 — Abysmal Scheduling *2026-05-05, version 8.2.8225* They make it near impossible to schedule an appointment. They also drop your PCP if you don’t have an appointment in a while, which makes scheduling even more impossible. The cherry on top is that if you use the automated scheduling via the message center, it will tell you they have an appointment next Tuesday: then when you choose that option, it schedules you for a Tuesday a month away. ### 1/5 — Livi sucks *2026-02-16, version 8.1.8138* I keep trying to log in livi on the phone and on this app simply does not work grow up and hire a human person preferably one who speaks English ### 1/5 — Worthless *2026-01-27, version 8.1.8138* Always tries to reschedule my appointment or set me up with one I don’t want. It (and Livi) doesn’t say there is a delay because,,, or the prescription was sent to the provider and no response, and more. Follow through from the portal to the patient seems nonexistent. ### 1/5 — No Longer Working *2025-10-22, version 8.0.8032* This app used to be 3-4/5 stars until a couple weeks ago when it started with dual authentication. Since then, I have been unable to log into the app. I enter the code it sends, but it just keeps giving an error communicating with the server. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Tried calling tech support who reset the dual authentication, which allowed me to log into the web version through the browser, but it did not fix the app issue and they had no clue what else to try and knew nothing about the error. Not a great feeling when your tech support doesn’t have an answer. ### 1/5 — Livy assistance is awful *2025-10-06, version 7.5.7540* This AI assistant creates more hassle than it helps. Even if you get on a call. It takes longer for it to fake key type than for you do just talk to someone. For someone with complex treatment plans this is invaluable because it keeps everything in the palm of my hand- priceless peace of mind and empowerment to make smart health decisions. All the things (bills, tests, messaging, scheduling, ALL MED HISTORY) you need and can do on a desktop website but ACTUALLY works IN THE APP. There just isn’t another healthcare system that is on the same level in CO.
