I had to call back later in the day after not receiving any response from UCLA. I finally heard from UCLA after 4:00 pm on Monday. A tele visit was scheduled for 9:30 am on Tuesday March 28,2023. I signed in and waited for 20 minutes before terminating the call as the doctor was a no show. I called to complain about the no show on the appointment and then a doctor called me back . After I relayed my symptoms she offered a medication with possible side effects that I do not care to risk. I am very disappointed at how non- responsive UCLA has been. Having UCLA as a treatment facility is akin to having no doctor at all. Thank you for a very open display of incompetence and unresponsive personnel.
