### 3/5 — Wonderful Doctors

*2023-04-04, version 3.3.4*

While the “good old days” of direct contact with doctors was great, as online portals go, this one works better than others. The staff are always patient and respectful, and quite friendly. I trust the doctors’ affiliation with such a great institution.

### 3/5 — You can’t reply to messages

*2023-02-08, version 3.3.2*

You can’t reply to messages after a day, making timely back and forth communication very difficult!

### 2/5 — Where are my labs?

*2022-12-29, version 3.3.2*

Please let me log in so I can get my lab results

### 1/5 — This site is unbelievably difficult to use and locks you out

*2022-08-17, version 3.3*

This site needs a huge overhaul
I am tired of how incompetent this site is

### 3/5 — 100 Medical Plaza parking is a Chocolate mess

*2022-08-08, version 3.3*

I enjoy the app, but when Dr only have office at the Medical Plaza, it’s hard to be pleased. The medical plaza office are not convenient the parking and access is a chocolate mess, and it just stresses a person out to come here. There are no signs to tell you were the elevator are to get to building #100. I came for a stress test and I am more stressed than I need to be. Terrible.

### 1/5 — Review

*2022-07-12, version 3.3*

Log in difficult.
Too much struggle to communicate.

### 1/5 — Impossible app

*2022-07-05, version 3.3*

UCLA has two apps which makes it even more confusing. It always forgets the log in.

### 2/5 — Confusing, glitchy

*2022-06-29, version 3.3*

Sometimes the app does just what I need it to do, but sometimes it just doesn’t:
-can’t retrieve my information
-gets stuck in a sub-window with no way to go back or to log out

### 5/5 — Amazing doctors and staff here

*2022-06-20, version 3.3*

Had been searching for answers for 415 days when finally UCLA offered me hope

### 2/5 — Hard to sign into

*2022-06-17, version 3.3*

My Chart was 5 stars and easily signed into and now UCLA HEALTH replaces it and asks for my password each time before it sends me to My Chart. Quite a bother.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Appointments don’t work

*2026-01-11, version 4.0.6*

No one calls to confirm or schedule.

### 1/5 — App is dead

*2023-08-27, version 4.0.1*

Dead app

### 1/5 — Too Much Bureaucracy

*2023-06-02, version 3.3.4*

I’ve got COVID. I’ve been sick for two days. I need my doctor to phone in a prescription to my pharmacy but UCLA insists we have a video conference. He’s not available so apparently I’m getting some doctor I don’t even know and it hasn’t been explained to me if this person is FaceTiming me or is it through the portal, do we do it by phone or do I have to be at my computer. This is very simple, why are you making it so goddam complicated? I’m not trying to get some dangerous narcotic! I just want the COVID medicine!

### 1/5 — Mobile not easy to navigate

*2023-05-03, version 3.3.4*

Thanks

### 1/5 — I can’t find my health info

*2023-04-17, version 3.3.4*

The app is all messed up on iPad and I can’t find my health info nor contact my doctor

### 1/5 — Bitterly Disappointed

*2023-03-28, version 3.3.2*

I called UCLA on Monday March 27, 2023 with covid asking if my doctor could prescribe any medication. I had to call back later in the day after not receiving any response from UCLA. I finally heard from UCLA after 4:00 pm on Monday. A tele visit was scheduled for 9:30 am on Tuesday March 28,2023. I signed in and waited for 20 minutes before terminating the call as the doctor was a no show. I called to complain about the no show on the appointment and then a doctor called me back . After I relayed my symptoms she offered a medication with possible side effects that I do not care to risk. I am very disappointed at how non- responsive UCLA has been. Having UCLA as a treatment facility is akin to having no doctor at all. Thank you for a very open display of incompetence and unresponsive personnel. Beth Kooyman

### 1/5 — Obnoxious

*2022-12-22, version 3.3.2*

Keeps sending me their blog. I have no way of turning it off.

### 1/5 — Poor Design and Use of EPIC EHR

*2022-12-11, version 3.3*

I use both the UCLA and Cedars version of EPIC’s Electronic Health Record. UCLA’s has more information, like health blogs, but it just makes it more difficult to navigate the portal and get information that’s relevant to me.

### 1/5 — I like that human touch

*2022-10-28, version 3.3*

Why should I have to do everything online ?
Not everyone has internet access.

### 1/5 — Very little usefulness

*2022-09-02, version 3.3*

The app is super unfriendly. It’s all jumbled up on iPad/iPhone. Unpredictable sign in process (sometimes it works and other times it asks for password that should be auto loaded via “I- touch” functionality.
The design is give u useless icons about news on UCLA not your acct.
You actually have to go to a tiny symbol at the top right and click to get ur acct info.
