You must choose a woman to register. If you select male, it will only show registration failure. After choosing a female to register, you must fill in the invitation code. If you don't fill in the invitation code, you can't register. It is clearly written here that the invitation code is optional, but if you don't fill it in, you won't be allowed to register. This is the most rubbish software I have ever seen.
