Not working properly with car play, downloads stuck at half way. Not able to skip  backwards using car controls. There is no point in having this app if it’s not making my commute productive. Hope you guys can provide a better car audio experience at the earliest.

After force-closing the app (it is no longer shown in the App Switcher), audio from the last viewed course is unexpectedly resumed when I put on my earbuds.

Environment

* iPadOS 26.5
* Udemy Business 8.106.0
* ASUS ROG CETRA TWS SPEEDNOVA using the 2.4 GHz USB-C dongle

Steps to reproduce

1. Watch a course in Udemy Business.
2. Force-close the app from the App Switcher.
3. Use the iPad normally for several days, including playing audio from other apps.
4. While another app is actively playing audio, put on the earbuds.

Actual result
The audio from the last Udemy Business lecture starts playing automatically, even though the app is not running and does not appear in the App Switcher. The audio plays simultaneously with the other app’s audio. When I manually open Udemy Business afterward, the last lecture is already in the playing state.

Expected result
A force-closed app should not resume playback automatically. Audio should never start from a closed app, especially while another app is already playing media.

This issue is consistently reproducible and is very disruptive. Please investigate the audio session handling and media playback restoration behavior.

I am not sure if it’s intentional or a bug on iPhone 14. full screen on app does not rotate if phone is kept horizontal. Also app logs me out quickly have to login again and again.

The app has a serious issue on the iPad mini. The Full Screen button does not work, which makes it difficult to take the pretest exam because full-screen mode is required. Without it, the text is hard to read and answering questions under a time limit becomes much more challenging. Please fix this bug.

Sometimes you are just listening to the course through wireless headphones or doing chores then at end of the video asking for the rating that literally stops the player until you skip manually leaving whatever your doing. That’s such an annoying thing.. sometimes you can’t access the device just listening, stopping the player completely defeats the purpose!

The app player keeps running in to errors. The same works well on web but app player keeps asking to try again. Fed up trying everything, reinstalling, reauthenticating , changing courses but in vain. The error occurs intermittently stopping the momentum of learning.

I have tried to use this app for a course, but anytime it concludes one video it infinitely loads the next video. Even if it’s downloaded, even if I force quit and restart, even if I turn off my phone and turn it back on again. I have to wait an arbitrary amount of days for it to then play the next video. This is very unfortunate seeing the course has over 300 videos.

After watching some lectures, the loading icon on the next lecture is spinning up to infinity. Reinstalling temporarily solves the issue, but only for a short time (for the last time, it allowed to watch only one video, and the problem continued).

まずそもそもホームタブが表示されない。YouTubeの4Kの動画がサクサク再生できるのに、udemyは検索タブですら表示が遅すぎる。検索タブはコンテンツが表示されてもローディングアイコンが表示され続けてレイアウトが崩れている。ようやくコースに辿り着いてもこのコースはアプリでは受講できませんと表示される。ダイアログのokをタップしてブラウザに遷移すると何も表示されない。

他の方もおっしゃっているように、ホーム画面に何も表示されません。

また、検索してみたいコースを見つけてもコース登録をしようとすると、「このコースはアプリでは利用できません」と言われてブラウザに誘導されます。
誘導されたブラウザもアクセス出来ません。

PCからはコースが登録できたのでアプリのバグだと思います。
このままでは使い物になりません。

I have been facing an issue with audio when i am switching the video quality from auto to higher quality video! I have re installed many times and also checked my iOS which is upto date.

スマートフォンアプリ版では15秒ごとの進む、戻るが調整できるがPCなどのWeb版では5秒ごとにしか調整できない。
スマートフォンアプリでは横動画で視聴しようとすると各講義のセクションがいちいち表示されるため、操作が増えて手間になる。各講義のセクション表示と横動画への移行がスムーズになるように改善してほしい。

音声付きのモード自動にて、速度低下などで再生待ちの状態(くるくる渦巻アイコン)に陥ったあと、再開できません。何十分も再生待ちのままです。
同じ通信環境でもYouTubeは途切れ途切れでも再生できるので通信環境の問題ではありません。このアプリの問題だと思います。いくらコンテンツがリッチでも再生できないんじゃ意味ない。しょぼ過ぎ、作り直せこんなクソアプリ

キャッシュの問題か、動画がいつまで経っても再生されないことがあります。公式にはアプリの再インストールが対処法として記載されていますが、再生できない不具合は頻繁にあり、再インストールは手間です。アプリ上からキャッシュクリアできるような機能をつけていただけますでしょうか？

テストを一時停止し、再開した際に、解いた問題とまだ解いていない問題がランダムに並び変わります。テストを再開した際にどの問題が解答済みか確認する必要があり不便です。テストを一時停止前と再開後で問題の並びを同じにしてください。

I don’t know what happened but I can’t get videos to load at all over this last month or so. Everything used to work fine and now nothing works. I’ve tried uninstall/reinstall the app, signing out and back in, tried downloading videos, nothing will play. Only thing that works for me now is the quizzes at the end of the units.

他の方もレビューしていますが、ブラウザでなら視聴ができるのですが、アプリ版は一回目の動画は見ることができますが、次の動画に切り替わると永遠に読み込み中になります。

回線速度も問題ないため、アプリ側の問題だと思われます。

一応、こちらの環境を上げておきます。

■ 使用端末：iPad mini6、iphone SE3

■ 回線速度：38.5Mbps

Videos that I download will simply refuse to play. No error message just endless loading. Forced to watch in mobile browser. Plus app is slow and hard to navigate. Quite disappointing.

Regardless of what I do the app won’t allow me to actually use my account. It keeps logging me out and not allowing me to go to the actual app interface (as opposed to the web interface) when I log in. 

It won’t allow me to enrol in any courses either. 

Please fix whatever is going on.
