## What is UdeTancho?

UdeTancho is a Japanese-inspired fitness app that automatically counts push-ups and quietly records your daily practice.

Place your iPhone on the floor. The front camera reads the movement of your face in real time and counts your push-ups, so you can focus on the movement instead of tapping the screen or counting by hand.

As you train, Hyakunin Isshu poems are written one character at a time. Completed poems unlock a modern translation, commentary, and historical background. Your workout record gradually becomes a poetry collection.

Explore places connected to the poems. Follow poetic place names and the poets' historical centers while the world of Hyakunin Isshu opens up little by little.

■ Records
See today's reps, total reps, streaks, and history at a glance. A heatmap makes your practice visible over time. Even small sessions matter when they add up.
