This seems to be a pretty good app. I have only just stared using it but  I have suggested it to several of my beta testers so I can get their device info for the provisioning profile.  I would like to see more info about the device though.  It would be good to include the device capabilities (Retina Display, Compas, GPS, etc.) so we better understand what device we are testing on so we have it for our records.  

Overall, not too shabby.  Thanks.

Provides several fields of information about your device and creates a neat email ready to send. It did not detect my Model for my iPod Touch 4th gen. 
Otherwise would be 5*.
