UDOT Click ‘n Fix allows you to report issues you see on Utah’s state highways and interstates, like potholes or signal problems, directly to the Utah Department of Transportation. You simply drop a marker on the map where you noticed a concern, answer a few questions to help us understand what needs to be fixed and include a photo when possible. You can even comment on issues others have submitted. Deleted and tried again and the same thing!! Freak! ### 3/5 — iPhone NOT compatible w/ App. DEVELOPERS ATTENTION NEEDED ASAP *2025-10-25, version 6.2.1* Developers: MAJOR IPHONE APP PROBLEMS: When posting from iPhones, the app is adding random letters, font characters, #’s, unrecognizable words, and everything in-between. (This is what appeared after I submitted from iPhone exactly as typed below: “Tthhhanks fiixxxx ticktHaNkReprrrOrt. I.nnAd a.nce StReeeStrrret Li. adv. LIGhhTTT o.Adv.Outtt . . Adcvcv…” This began after update October 2025 ### 5/5 — UDOT really listens to these *2024-11-07, version 5.17.0* I report stuff on this app fairly often, and UDOT is really good about getting things fixed when I report them. They have so many things on the roads and I’m surprised they get to all of them ### 1/5 — Clair Smith CDL driver *2024-02-11, version 5.16.0* Nothing happens when a place that needs to be repaired is designated. It is a waste of time. The same places I reported about 3 years ago are still there and no repairs have happened ### 2/5 — Respect for road kill animals *2023-11-11, version 5.15.0* It’s a waste of time to report animal carcasses. I’ve reported the same animals numerous times only to have them ignored. I drive by day after day and watch the carcasses decompose. I’m not at all convinced anyone at UDOT even reads the messages. Don’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — SR143 Cameras have not worked for months *2023-02-23, version 5.9.7* Cameras on SR143 above Brian Head and towards Panguich have not worked for months. A couple of months back one of the cameras showed a tech named Travis was assigned to repair it. Still not repaired and a second camera is out. Many people use these cameras daily. If UDOT can’t maintainable the camera system, maybe it’s time to hire a private company to get cameras working. ### 1/5 — Use click n’ fix to report camera outage...how?? *2022-11-09, version 5.9.7* Supposed to use this app to report cameras that aren’t working. How? No way to report. Won’t allow guest submission, even though that is an option. App is very confusing and worthless. ### 3/5 — Traffic cameras *2022-10-17, version 5.9.7* UDOT need to get the camera I.T people to look at the cameras throughout the state ever day. The southern part of the States cameras are always NOT operating. ### 2/5 — Poorly maintained *2022-10-13, version 5.9.7* The app interface is not intuitive. But the biggest problem is UDOT does not maintain the database. There are so many “open” or “acknowledged” issues on the map that should not be there either because they are long since fixed or are not UDOT issues.
