It’s a waste of time to report animal carcasses. I’ve reported the same animals numerous times only to have them ignored. I drive by day after day and watch the carcasses decompose. Out of respect for the animals this should not happen.

The app interface is not intuitive. But the biggest problem is UDOT does not maintain the database. There are so many “open” or “acknowledged” issues on the map that should not be there either because they are long since fixed or are not UDOT issues. It shouldn’t be that hard to close/archive issues.

The app works. It functions.  It allows you to submits things.  They see it and promptly ignore it.  UDOT really made this app to SEEM like they are doing something.  But something like, say cameras not working in Strawberry reservoir stretch of road not working for months and not doing a thing about it. Is what this app seems to really before.  That area is one of the worst with snow. But who area about the safety of Utah drivers when you can look like you care.

First I wanted to send the complaint as a guest, it wouldn't let me. Then, I signed up for it, and still couldn't send it. While I'm trying to figure out how to send it, the map keeps on following me and not staying at the place that I pressed enter. So, right now I have tried to send it 4 times and the complaints are sitting on the app inbox.

The app itself is a great idea but the app is only as good as the agency that addresses it. I've suggested two major road safety hazards and nothing has been done about it for 6 months. I also got an email saying it could take up to a year or longer to fix these easy but important issues. Might as well not report it because it just gets ignored.

Nothing happens when a place that needs to be repaired is designated. It is a waste of time. The same places I reported about 3 years ago are still there and no repairs have happened

This app is no different than pushing the “close door” button on an elevator…strictly a placebo. I’m not at all convinced anyone at UDOT even reads the messages. Don’t waste your time.

Cameras on SR143 above Brian Head and towards Panguich have not worked for months. A couple of months back one of the cameras showed a tech named Travis was assigned to repair it. Still not repaired and a second camera is out. Many people use these cameras daily. If UDOT can’t maintainable the camera system, maybe it’s time to hire a private company to get cameras working.

Supposed to use this app to report cameras that aren’t working. How? No way to report.  Won’t allow guest submission, even though that is an option.  App is very confusing and worthless.

What a mess. This app is a useless nightmare. It’s impossible to figure out or use the ineptly design user interface. UDOT has a huge budget. How about hiring a web designer who actually is marginally competent? This thing is a disaster.

Not even sure why they have this app considering it’s practically useless. it’s EXTREMELY difficult to report a camera that isn’t working, if you can figure it out at all. Plus nothing gets fixed anyway, many cameras have been broken for months. Yet another UDOT failure, what a surprise.

I want to report that one camera on the Logan Canyon milepost 470 that faces south bound fasces the river not the road and has for quite some time now.  We live in Logan not far from first dam and frequent that road. Thanks in advance

I report stuff on this app fairly often, and UDOT is really good about getting things fixed when I report them. They have so many things on the roads and I’m surprised they get to all of them

This app is not easy to figure out. I have tried to figure out how to report non working cameras in the ivins and Santa Clara areas in Washington country. These cameras have been down for months, but that’s government for you spend thousands of hard earned tax payers dollars and never check cameras from time to time to see if they are working or not. Utah needs to lay-off half of the UDOT work force and warn the other half to get to work.

Developers: MAJOR IPHONE APP PROBLEMS:
When posting from iPhones, the app is adding random letters, font characters, #’s, unrecognizable words, and everything in-between. 

(This is what appeared after I submitted from iPhone exactly as typed below:

This began after update October 2025

The southern part of the States cameras are always NOT operating.
