One addition I would love to see is to be able to click on the alert and have it show me on the map where it belongs to. That is like when you say mile post 164 I would love the app to be able to move the map to mile post 164 so I know where you’re talking about. ### 2/5 — Road conditions won’t load *2026-04-22, version 4.7* Such a useless app. Tried to use while heavy traffic on I15 and nothing would load. In particular, when receiving a red exclamation alert as a push notification, tapping it doesn’t take me anywhere within the app’s map. It doesn’t do the majority of us any good to see an alert with mile markers if the app doesn’t take use to that location on the map. I used to use this app all the time to look for accidents and road conditions. Now it takes too long to find what you need. The colors that are used to show traffic are too tiny to even see. Go back to the old version. However, I don’t know exit number so when you tell me exit number 304 I actually have to go physically look it up to find out that that’s the one that’s in South Salt Lake by I 80 E. That being said, the app is a little clunky and ugly, but it’s functional, and doesn’t warrant all the bad reviews, just a couple of them. It looks like it’s receiving updates again which is good news. One reviewer said a star chart would be more useful. The new version is a complete mess. Push notifications with milepost numbers are useless. Should take user directly to map location when notification is selected. Search is useless. You check it out and it reports no traffic but then you’re stuck in traffic. Then when it reports traffic accident and when you get there nothing is there. Information is always 2 hours late. It’s much easier to use than before when it looked like an old windows interface and just as clunky. You can even see road traffic kiosk signs on the app which is a neat feature that’s included. The camera picture quality is much better than before as well. Well now it’s gone back to five minutes. You sit there if you happen to get there just a few minutes after it changes, looked into please and thank you. ### 5/5 — Daniel Summits camera live *2019-12-15* Hi there. Just downloaded Click & Fix app. I went to look at the live cameras for Daniel Summits live camera AND Strawberry Reservoir camera live, they are both completely OUT and NOT WORKING AT ALL so they told me to report it through the click & fix app. Hope it gets done soon only bc I travel back and forth from Duchesne to Salt Lake City and it's great being able to look at the 📷 cameras to see what in going to be running into. Appreciate all the hard work you guys do.
