Using the login page, the QR Code is blank. That creates a complete deadend for me. I have had a uefa.tv user name and password for at least a year, and have been able to login to the iOS app with no issues from the start. But there is no way for me to move on from the login page in the TV app. Another frustrating thing I noticed while attempting to find a help area in either app...there isn't one in either app, so I'm forced to search for this app in the App Store, so I can contact the developers to ask about what I'm experiencing. There is apparently no way to time-shift games. No way to select highlights—or watch the ones you want. It works perfectly across all the platforms nowadays. They have overcome past glitches. Occasionally you have to log back in if not used for some time. Notifications lets me know if live matches are coming. Excellent quality image and sound with v good commentators. Loads of other European football content available too. Loved the Match Report segment line and being able to jump to a spot. For Futsal, it would be nice to have fouls in the match report as they are as critical as Yellow Cards. This App saved us! Thanks for providing us with the final game. England vs Germany was absolutely amazing and our family would have missed it completely if not for the superb design of this app, and the generosity to stream the game to Canada. These women ROCK!!! This is an excellent app as well. We enjoyed it immensely.
