## What is UETrack™?

UETrack™ TMS is a module of the UETrack™ software suite developed by UEMS. Training Management System application helps to track the activities of the Training department.

### 2.3.5 — 2026-05-03

- Introduced Global Training in TMS, enabling users to access and attend trainings across all facilities.

- Added a new “Adhoc” state in JSA audits for audits without a defined frequency.
- Enabled document upload and download in the staff profile.
- Staff roadmap remarks and stage comments can now be edited.
- Mask brand listings are now filtered based on the selected facility.

Dashboard: 
- Improved with tabs for Overview, Refresher Training, and Module Status, providing a clearer view of information.

RoadMap Remarks: 
- Employees can add remarks to incomplete roadmap chapters, marking them complete with the date.

- Mask Fitting – Added functionality to track mask fitting processes.

- Employee Profile – New module to view employee details more efficiently.

- Application Name Change – The application has been officially renamed to TMS (Training Management System) to better reflect its evolving scope.

Home Page Enhancements:
- Course name is displayed on each training item.
- Users can tap on a training item to navigate to the detailed view page for more information.

Bug Fixes & Improvements:
- Fixed an issue where staff with Employee ID couldn't be added via QR code scanning.
- Revised the logic for adding temporary staff to improve accuracy and prevent duplication.
- Minor fixes and performance improvements across the app.
