I now made a new booking and oh my the app has gone downhill. ### 1/5 — Car never showed up - would give 0/5 if possible *2024-12-04* It was a rental from Williamsburg NY location thanksgiving weekend I had prebooked the rental many months ago. I live chatted with them prior to rental to confirm, they said yup good to go. Day of rental, went downstairs and car was nowhere to be found.. I called them and they had no idea where it is and basically told me there’s no car in any location in NY. Good luck, I’m on my own. They said management will follow up. I got apology email that made me even more furious. Here’s their exact wording: “It’s worth mentioning that situations like this, while rare, can happen, and no one is at fault. These are just the unpredictable challenges of life” (HUH?!) ### 1/5 — Cancelled my booking at short notice *2024-11-28, version 4.24.1* Held on to my money for two months then cancelled my booking, thus ruining my plans for the festive period. Avoid - totally unreliable service and an annoyingly poor app too. ### 4/5 — Good app, but a bug in map function for booking *2024-11-26, version 4.24.1* Great app and company. Car delivery and pick up service is a huge benefit. One issue with the App is you can’t book as it requires a post code and then freezes. I end up booking through website, this issue has been persistent for a few months now. Also, loyalty credits are in Euros, but I live in the UK and they are never used up on bookings - sort of useless. Would be great to be able to use the loyalty credit towards a future booking. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous registration process *2024-06-24* Was very keen to try this but have been wrestling with their absurdly complex (and glitchy) registration process for the last hour and am finally giving up. ### 5/5 — Purely incredible *2024-01-18, version 4.16.9* Thanks to UFOdrive, I could finally fulfil my dream of driving a Tesla! The service level is fantastic, and booking is super simple. The verification process is a bit demanding, but it's worth it! The app itself works flawlessly.
