The UGA Mobile App is the best of the Bulldog Nation in one, central mobile app for students, visitors, parents, faculty, staff and fans. It’s the official mobile app of the University of Georgia.

I love how convenient this app has been for my time at UGA, but in the past few days the bus info has been incredibly inaccurate and it’s causing me to be late to classes and meetings. Not sure what went wrong because it used to work well.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback regarding the Mobile App and using the bus navigation. We were experiencing issues and working closely with the bus vendor in order to get them solved. We have been monitoring this feature since that incident and everything is working well now. An absolute train wreck of an app, basically none of its services work, including elc, Athena, and all dining hall links. Wish I could’ve given it negative stars. Need to scrap it and just start over completely

Got on a bus that was supposed to take me to Tate. Ended up in Mexico.

### 2/5 — New Bugs with the New Update

The app used to reliably track buses (though they were always a few minutes behind the expected arrival). Now, it often displays all routes as inactive. Even when correctly displayed as active, buses rarely appear on the map. This bug persists after multiple relaunches of the app. It’s also annoying that the interface to select/deselect certain routes for viewing has been moved from the upper right corner, and integrated into the bus stops’ interaction pages. It’s a headache to navigate. At least the app doesn’t crash every other time you open it anymore.

**Developer response:** Thank you for reviewing the UGA Mobile App! We do apologize for the inconsistencies with the bus tracking. We have been working with the vendor non-stop on this in order to improve it for our users. We also make it a point to conduct user testing when making UI improvements, and have recently released even more updates to it in order to make the bus functionality more user friendly. If you notice anything working inefficiently, please feel free to submit a ticket through the EITS help desk, as we are always looking to improve the app and make users happy. The app was working perfectly fine, but ever since this new update, I’m not able to see the buses or routes consistently. It’s just showing a blank screen when I try to click on a bus route. Not sure why it keep doing this, but can this please get fixed ASAP?

**Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to review the mobile app. We are aware of this issue and are working diligently with the vendor to restore this feature completely. If you try to see the bus routes and cannot do so within the app, you can go to the live transit website at: https://routes.uga.edu/map. We hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
