The brands glitch and it keeps giving me AI brands rather than brands I’ve selected within my content styles. Needs a lot more work to be functional **Developer response:** You were right to call this out, profile changes like your bio and linked accounts were being silently dropped instead of saved. Sorry you had to redo that work over and over. We tracked down the cause and fixed it on Aug 30, 2026, so it ships in the latest update. If you update and give it another go, your profile should stick the first time. If anything still looks off, tell us and we will dig in. ### 1/5 — App is garbage *2026-08-09* The UI/UX is terrible. It prompts you through onboarding every time unless you back out and sign back in. The automated outreach isn’t personalized at all, not sure why they even have tone suggestions. Literally every email in my sent box was written the exact same way. **Developer response:** Thanks for the detail, this is useful. The onboarding loop is a session bug on 22.0.0, not intended behavior, and it's fixed in 23.0.0 which is rolling out now. On outreach: the tone settings weren't actually being applied to the generated copy, which is why everything read the same. That's also fixed in the new build. If you update and still see either, email us at [gabe@ugcroster.com] and we'll get on it directly. ### 1/5 — This app barley works *2026-08-08* It won’t let me do anything in it. I’ve uploaded videos and edited my profile 3 times and it still isn’t saving anything. Don’t waste your time or your money. **Developer response:** Sorry, that's a real bug. Uploads and profile edits weren't persisting on 22.0.0 for some accounts. 23.0.0 is live now with the fix. Update and your saves should stick. If they don't, email [gabe@ugcroster.com] with your account email and we'll look at it same day. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work and won’t let me cancel *2026-07-26* Every time I open the app it resets my info and tries to make me fill out my profile all over again. Then if I cancel, it makes me sign in again. Every time. I tried to cancel my subscription and I literally can’t. It just says “can’t connect” whenever I try. But it only says that for this subscription **Developer response:** The part where the app reset your info and pushed you back through profile setup was a genuine bug we had, and we are sorry you kept hitting it. We found the cause and fixed it on Aug 30, 2026, so it is included in the latest update. Profile details now save properly instead of disappearing between sessions. If you decide to give it another look, we would be glad to hear how it goes. ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2026-06-26* This app acts like you can use it for free. Granting you free access if you share with others but to actually utilize the app you have to pay. I wish this was just direct and upfront. **Developer response:** Hey! If you want to email me at gabe@ugcroster.com, I would love to set you up with a full access account so you can give us a proper shot before paying :) ### 2/5 — Not very good *2026-08-15* To be honest it had potential, the colors and the way is set up it’s good but as an UGC beginner it keep asking me to set up my profile and it’s very annoying, I payed for the week and I can’t even try it for one week because it won’t let me go thru without setting my profile for the 8th time? Idk. I wouldn’t recommend **Developer response:** Being asked to set up your profile again and again was a real bug on our side, your saved details were getting lost instead of stored. Sorry for the wasted time during your week with the app. We fixed it on Aug 30, 2026, so the fix is in the latest update.
