Instead I have to sit on the foot of my bed, reach over to the frame on my dresser to find the photo & delete them. You don't address my question about having the memories together. Currently my son's wedding photos are kinda scattered. I'd love to be able to enjoy that special day at the same time. 🌻 I did find that I have to set the sleep timer on the frame as there's no am/pm option on my phone. But now it won’t even give me a QR. Just never loads. So I can’t even recon my phone. You have to manually click each photo, select whether landscape or portrait. Very time consuming when you want to bulk upload a hundred or so. You should be able to select an entire album/ or slept all function and the it works out which way to orient the photo. Please fix ### 1/5 — Seriously deficient in basic functionality *2026-07-31, version 4.46* This app has been about for a while. I expected some updates for missing functionality, but clearly they aren’t coming. The most basic feature is being able to see all of the photos that have been uploaded to the frame. You can sift through a history of uploads but there isn’t a way to just look at what is currently there. And consequently no way to select a photo to be displayed. How did this get missed? If you go to Gallery, there is an option for “Recently Saved” and “Recent”. What’s the difference? I don’t know. The gallery used to show a lot of pictures, but after the recent app update, I only shows the photos I uploaded today. This really needs a UX designer to take a look at the app and overhaul it. Right now it is deficient Update: the response is incorrect. There is no option to switch folders. Just the dropdown with redundant options of “Recently Saved” and “Recent” ### 1/5 — Frame Error *2026-07-27, version 4.46* i’m not sure why but when i upload a photo and click on “fit to frame”, it looks great on my phone but on the frame it displays with a blurred background instead of filling the frame.. i’ve updated the app, deleted and reuploaded the pictures, i feel like ive tried everything but the blurred bars will not go away. i’ve had the frame less than a year and have had this issue since taking it out of the box. the app itself is super outdated ### 1/5 — Warning for network breach *2026-07-26, version 4.46* These devices communicate to all devices on the network and in install malicious viruses. For some reason when all it need to do is take downloads of photos it communicates to fire sticks, Alexa’s ect ### 1/5 — Malicious Code in Frame *2026-06-27, version 4.44* I was given a Uhale 10” frame with 16GB storage. I noticed some unusual traffic on my network and tracked it down to the photo frame. The Uhale frame is a known security risk loading malicious code. BE WARE!!! Mine filled up so much malicious code that the system storage takes up all 16GB. Difficult to swipe through your photos without selecting several unwanted photos.
