Genuinely impressive how good they are at screwing up. I shouldn’t be surprised. I’m constantly having to “register” only for the app to identify that I do have an account. How many times will I need to change my password just to access the app or so that it “functions?!?” I just deleted the app and downloaded it again from the App Store. Lo and behold I was FINALLY able to log on- using the exact same username and password that the app wouldn’t recognize before the delete and re-download. It’s not worth all this trouble to be honest. I was not able to log on the five times I tried (and I checked and could successfully log on using the website). Then after I wait, staring at the screen with a spinning wheel, I then cannot even look up if I’m covered by specific medical health providers .
