Customer service people are kind but the app itself is pretty poorly constructed. ### 2/5 — Member to member *2026-01-08, version 9.0.250600* I used to be able to send money to family member until they took away members to member from the app!!!.. Please bring back member to member on the app!! So much easier when i am able to send money to family member. I can’t even keep my money safe, or lock it if it gets stolen or something. I have to call and go thru 10 stupid minutes of automated services for anything regarding my card ### 3/5 — Zelle *2024-12-31* So there is no Zelle feature in this app which makes it really hard to like it. I have customers that do not use cash app etc (they steal from you) and Zelle is direct to accounts. It was ok but now in 2025 unless it’s built in feature you cannot attach your account to the third party main Zelle app and use it like that. My bank is too far to drive to the ATM and deposit my checks or cash every-time. Please make Zelle part of the app features. The crap I had to go through with this place. The interface is blown up, and it won’t let me transfer money between checking accounts. The drop downs to choose accounts are blank. Clicking the “back” button when viewing transaction history on the top left signs me out completely. United Heritage should be embarrassed with this app. Tried to make a mobile deposit today and nothing happens. I tried to lock I all money so I can transfer money . I finally have to close out the app by double clicking home button. It also goes down for “maintenance” seemingly multiple times a week. Idk man I feel like yall have the money to make this app run better lol ### 1/5 — Card Management *2026-06-12, version 9.0.260200* Left my card behind. Just found out the card management function is not there. Not cool. What happens now that I can’t block my card and someone finds it and makes purchases. I’m out of town and now the app is useless!! Only option is to cancel and I won’t be home for 5weeks now. Makes me want to leave this bank all together to be honest! Lastly the fact that Zelle is not an option is not ok either! Now it REFUSES to launch Face ID CONSISTENTLY even though I made sure that it was activated “AGAIN” in the settings after I had to login in again w/the standard user ID & password. The Face ID seems to work MAYBE once & then it will go back to asking for me to login in again. As the old saying goes: “If it’s not broke, don’t fix it.!” Leave it alone! All it takes is a couple wrong lines of code & you’ve ruined it! ### 1/5 — Calls at 2am *2023-07-01, version 9.0.5724* Since forever this app can’t handle password changes on a different device. Other devices start throwing invalid password alerts before you can login and change them. Even randomly at 2am so your phone rings.
