It’s a nightmare to navigate as of late. I’ve updated the app and keeps logging me out at every turn. I can’t properly navigate to what I need to do because of how often it logs out.

This system can be a useful tool for communication between providers and patients. However, it could be more useful if it were possible to lodge complaints about providers who do not meet patient expectations and the reasons for such.

It is very frustrating to have to scroll back month by month for many years to enter a date. 

For example: date retired and date insurance began. 
Retirement date should be saved instead of repeating the process for multiple visits.  If retirement date changes, we should be able to edit instead of scrolling.  

We should be able to type in a date. 

Everything else is pretty good.

I checked my Covid vaccine records against the records in this app. There were 2 dates listed that I did not get a vaccine which I deleted and they do not have a record of the vaccine I received on 5/26/22 and I can find no way to input it.

I am overall satisfied with the app. However, when I tried to upload and attach documents, even a small amount, like two or three pages, the app tells me it is too large, and it won’t except it. I tried several times, and several ways, even with a representative on the line with no luck.

App is generally very good. However, Billing Dept is constantly bombarding you with amounts incurred in your care, even if they are still pending insurance payment, hoping to collect in advance or at least get your information . It is very unnerving when you are looking for your latest test results and bills start popping up. It interferes with your health care. 
There is no way to turn off this UM collection feature, even if you are dying of cancer.

The app itself is a decent enough web translation of the mobile site, with easy access to information and ability to schedule appointments. I do have one MAJOR feature request, and that is the ability to connect health records to the native Apple Health app! If the development team is reading, please make this happen!

Any time I press the back button it logs me out. I do an intuitive swipe back it logs me out. Very frustrating. The app doesn't let me set up a pass key. To get to the right information is not intuitive at all. Needs a rework from the ground up.

So totally not prepared for streamline patient service

No advise no likely solution for any end user to follow = total abandonment 

Nowadays if one get keep a roof eat and have medical care to keep the health - may not be primledge to afford a new phone new app to support the changes 
It is grossly negligent not to foresee patient may have difficulty to keeping up new app

I have been hopeful that the developers would’ve fixed this issue by now, but no such luck. Every time I click the apps ‘back’ button I am logged out and have to log back into the whole app again. It’s super frustrating.

Every time I click on my chart, it takes me to the App Store and to an app called my chart.  It is very frustrating.  I have to delete it and reinstall it. When I do that it works fine the first time.  Then it goes back to the App Store!

Is good to have access to your UHealth profile and to check-in through the “app”, but I would spect a more emphatic interactivity and ease of use from the implementation of the service. Why a one star rating?:
User and password login does not remembers it or offers to do so

Dr Victor Hernandez is everything you could get in a 5 star orthopedic doctor. He is unbelievably kind, he has thoughtfully explained new techniques trying to keep my hip in place.On a very difficult case as mine is, Dr Victor studies the newest update in orthopedics . I ❤️my U of Miami !

After being transferred to Dr. Cervantes I have had nothing but continued support and encouragement having being a person with anxiety but from my first visit, during and after surgery I am well pleased.  The staff from registration, the nurse staff and seeing the dr was quite a great experience.

My surgery went well my follow up appointments with the nurse was wonderful.  I can’t thank you guys enough for all you have done for me during this time.  No one made me feel like a basket case because of my anxieties and I thank you all.  The post op nurses, the instruction given by the RN and I became family with them because they knew me, my circumstances when I called they called my name before I told them and they remember me and what I needed to do.  They were so professional.  Thanks UHealth for such a great experience.

I’ve had CLL for more than 15 years most of the time been treated by Sylvester. Many times in remission  for years. Now Out of remission and Sylvester  has always been wonderful and taking care of things immediately with professionalism. Even right now I need platelets and they are sending them  from Miami to Deerfield and get them immediately. Wonderful nurses and doctors. Quality service and very comparable to MD anderson In Texas and I have also been to highly recommend Sylvester.
