## What is UHF Member?

Your Universal HealthShare (UHS) Member App is your gateway into your personal UHS Member Portal. Inside your app, you can access your UHS Membership Card (which has your Customer Service number) and other information and educational materials about your sharing program. You can read the Universal HealthShare Program & Guidelines and keep them as a reference when you need to seek medical services. Here’s what’s in your Portal:

•	Your program status at a glance, including eligible services and sharing limits
