### 3/5 — Infinite assessment

*2024-07-14, version 2.8.05*

This app is nice, I do like it as a hitter who wants to improve. I have just one problem. The assessment. It makes me take the assessment over and over. I guess it works, but I wanna access my AI training I paid for.

### 3/5 — Pitch grips

*2024-06-19, version 2.8.05*

The app is good, but one thing that bothers me is that every pitch looks the same out of the hand. What i mean by this is that the pitches are different, but the grip is the same. Besides that it works well.

### 4/5 — Good game

*2023-09-27, version 2.7.29*

This game is helpful, though I had a problem where it took a very long time to load like 10 minutes.

### 2/5 — Pay to play

*2022-06-14, version 2.7.17*

Pay to play

### 2/5 — Solid app until...

*2020-12-08, version 2.7.02*

I used this app daily for a month, and noticed some major improvement in my game, I renewed my membership, but now when I try to play it always shows a screen that says 500 Internal Server error, so now I feel like I’ve wasted my money.

### 3/5 — Fix the strike zone

*2017-12-12, version 2.3*

Great app, but pitches hitting the outside of the strike zone are called balls when they are really strikes! Please fix!!

### 5/5 — Future of cognitive training

*2017-01-31, version 1.0*

This app takes your training to a whole new level. I'm so glad I can now practice with real pitches right on my cellphone

### 5/5 — Fantastic technology

*2017-01-31, version 1.0*

I just tried out this new app. It was extremely easy to use and very effective for pitch recognition training. Highly recommended and I wish this app existed 10 years ago!

### 5/5 — Great prep

*2017-01-30, version 1.0*

Loved it! Great way to practice before a game. Helps with my approach at the plate.

### 5/5 — Game-Changing Program!

*2017-01-30, version 1.0*

We started using the uHIT program with our hitters at Rogue Baseball, and in a short time we've already seen how this program be of huge value to players. DeCervo has opened up Pandora's box, allowing our guys to see hundreds of pitches a day on their phone, anytime, anyplace. The ability to track progress and compare to the database provides great context for our players and keeps them focused on continuing to get better everyday. I can't wait to see the results of our players training show up in the batters box, and for the future of all of the uHIT platforms.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Loading screen takes forever

*2025-05-30, version 2.8.11*

When I originally saw this app I thought it was promising until I clicked on it downloaded it and it took way too long. Anything to load when I try to start something I ended up just giving up around five minutes because nothing should take that long for an app, especially for a newer looking app. Other than that if you could figure out how to actually get it working, the app looks really good.

### 1/5 — Have to pay to use it.

*2025-05-12, version 2.8.10*

As title states. Nothing is free. App’s UI is poor anyways

### 1/5 — Literally unplayable

*2024-12-02, version 2.8.08*

If you aren’t paying, don’t even consider getting. You get little pitches to start, your progress is lost after the tab resets, and there are faulty ads to get more pitches, but they often glitch to make you watch two ads instead. They will also give you constant popups to make you pay, and they’ll ask for your phone number for “emergency contact.” There are too many things behind a paywall or not there at all, and 40 dollars a month for a glorified mobile game is outrageous. DO NOT GET

### 1/5 — Hi

*2024-07-24, version 2.8.05*

This app did not teach me anything i don’t know if im doing it right but still it does not teach me anything

### 1/5 — why email

*2024-04-24, version 2.8.05*

See I’m a kid and I just want to improve and I found this. When I was signing up but then it said email and I don’t have a email and I don’t know any emails in my family. Please change this

### 1/5 — The game doesn’t even load

*2023-08-25, version 2.7.29*

I’m just waiting on the screen that says “your brain, your game.” And it’s not showing a sings of loading

### 1/5 — Review removed and kicked out of app

*2023-06-21, version 2.7.29*

I left a review of 3 stars giving constructive criticism on how to improve the app allowing multiple users from same device to benefit homes with kids as I’m not double or triple paying. I said the app was glitching and they wanted my ph.num which I am NOT giving. I came back here to cancel trial which stated I could use the program until the 3 days was up. I went back into the program as I was still deciding what to do and they kicked me out and upped their price lmbo!! So now they get a ONE STAR for deceptive practices which is illegal by the way. We deleted the app and will let our followers on TikTok and YouTube now know to avoid this program along with all of our fellow baseball players.

### 1/5 — do not get this unless you want to waste money on this trash

*2023-05-21, version 2.7.28*

Can't believe I have to pay to play

### 1/5 — Bugs

*2022-05-08, version 2.7.17*

I couldn’t even sign up becuase it kept showing a screen that said 500 errors!!

### 1/5 — Rigged

*2020-01-01, version 2.5.22*

I thought this app helped you get better as a hitter. However, the pitch guessing is rigged as I didn’t even do anything to guess and the app said I got it correct. Tapped the same corner every pitch, 67% every time. This app lies and you shouldn’t get it

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — AMAZING

*2025-07-16, version 2.8.13*

This is the best app for young hitter to train

### 5/5 — New 1-on-1 feature so helpful!

*2025-03-07, version 2.8.10*

Now the app is offering an easy way to schedule a time with a scientist at uHIT. They explain the data from my app and how it means my pitch and zone skills are going.

We then target the next training challenges I’ll be doing. And talk about what’s going on with real games.

It’s been really helpful and I totally recommend the upgrade. It also helps with the occasional glitch to talk to someone at uHIT

### 5/5 — Love custom training

*2022-06-17, version 2.7.18*

The personalized coach is better than my real life hitting coach. Hoping to impress d1 coaches as I get better

### 5/5 — uHIT custom is amazing

*2021-11-16, version 2.7.12*

I’ve been taking hitting lessons for last two years but nothing has helped me make solid contact like coach Hewitt and uHIT custom. I’m making doubles and triples out of pitches I used to ground out on. Laying off out pitches and drawing more walks. This stuff is fir real.

### 5/5 — hitting

*2020-07-28, version 2.6.0*

helps a lot

### 5/5 — Great app

*2019-09-19, version 2.5.22*

### 5/5 — BEST APP FOR HITTERS

*2019-09-09, version 2.5.22*

I have used this app for months and it really helped on getting me to see the ball better, recognize pitches better, and have a quicker reaction time. Not only is the app good, the DeCervo team is extremely helpful. They spent multiple days helping me with my purchase problems and got it fixed. App is definitely worth it for hitters trying to improve!

### 5/5 — Great App

*2018-01-25, version 2.4.2*

Great app for baseball players

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2017-02-01, version 1.0*

So easy to use! Love the algorithmic precision and accuracy testing. Can't wait to accrue more stats so that I can get an even more robust report on how my brain recognizes patterns. Nice work!!

### 5/5 — Unfair Advantage

*2017-01-31, version 1.0*

The Baseball Center NYC loves this app.

The DeCervo team has developed a very user-friendly, instruction-based, yet highly addictive core of products to assist players young old on the most crucial component of one's at bat. Failure to recognize pitch type and strikes and balls, consistently, are two of the fastest ways to lose confidence on a baseball field. Finally, there's a useful and purposeful mechanism which not only addresses these areas specifically, but offers an unfair advantage to those players who drill down repeatedly.

Plus, it's really fun to play.
