## What is UHM城市健康 App?

城市健康事工（UHM）是2010年11月創辦的一跨宗派基督教非牟利慈善團體（社團註冊編號 : SO/19/44059），致力於以提供正形醫師謝安琪教牧學博士所編創的康體運動—「正形運動」，包括「正形健膝操」「頌讚十二式」「正形甩手操」和「詩歌舞蹈」的習練，以及相關導師和領舞員的培訓，以帶動民衆建立良好的運動模式和生活方式，使得身心靈能夠健康歸正。
