I was not able to login do you I claim this app to check where is my unemployment insurance benefits and where is my unemployment insurance backpay or a pandemic and the plumbing service benefits I have not received anything in the mail about my unemployment insurance I love you with my card and it’s been more than six weeks my mailing address is 835 O’Farrell Street apartment number 514 San Francisco, CA 94109 thank you have a blessed day

I couldn’t figure out how to even create an account as the only option available onscreen is to log in, as tho you’ve been using it all along instead of the first time. The app asks to use location services, & Bluetooth but no ‘create account’ tab or gear widget for profiles. Lotta bad code writers out there getting gigs, shouldn’t unemployment claims be prioritized with hiring good code writers?

You cannot connect to their server.  I’m not a computer guy but my guess is that it can’t handle all of the activity. The error message is coded so joe shmo don’t know.  So again it’s completely USELESS!

I thought it was because I tried to login last April when everyone was trying. Still won’t let me login today. Online my computer takes my info just fine. Please fix this, it’ll save you guys a lot of phone calls
