However it doesn’t even let me log in again, keeps jumping back to this error page nonstop. ### 1/5 — Not Useful For Anyone *2021-03-07* This doesn’t help anyone; not faculty, staff, nor students. Emergency Response doesn’t have anything to do with covid response, that’s the safety office. Emergency Response doesn’t have anything to do with protecting students, that’s the police. What exactly does Emergency Response do? Aside from an app that helps guide you to a department that actually helps the UIC community? This app is garbage. ### 1/5 — Worthless if you don’t have UIC log-in *2021-02-19, version 1.9* Would be great if others from the community could use this app, even if they don’t have a direct UIC connection. As someone who lives right across the street from UIC, I would also like to be able to access emergency alerts. I also think it would be beneficial to report suspicious activity and other threats directly to UIC should they occur. ### 1/5 — Won’t let me log in *2019-12-05, version 1.2* App freezes on log in page and won’t let me log in all. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2019-11-27, version 1.2* This app does not even load it is completely useless ### 1/5 — Can’t even open the app *2019-11-27, version 1.2* Wish I could give zero stars because the app won’t load at all. It’s stuck on a black loading screen, so I can’t even tell y’all what the app looks like ### 1/5 — App keeps crashing... *2019-09-30, version 1.1* You can’t even start the app, it’s literally useless. Don’t even waste your time downloading it. ### 4/5 — App developer is constantly improving the app *2019-12-11, version 1.5* There have been several updates to this app since it’s initial rollout. Like any other app in the App Store, these updates fix bugs or errors when they are identified. Frequency of updates is consistent with other apps. I have not experienced any issues with the app personally, but am aware that others on campus have. Many campuses across the country use this application - it provides a valuable service towards campus safety! ### 5/5 — Great app *2020-09-09, version 1.8* The work alone feature gives my loved ones peace of mind when I’m, working by myself at the studio. The reports to police are easy and they work well when not wanting to call directly. ### 5/5 — Worth downloading *2019-12-20, version 1.5* Ever since I downloaded this app last week, I open it when I have to walk to my car after dark.
