As mobile unlock rely on Bluetooth connection, the unlock button can only appear when you are next to the UA Reader. If you are right next to the reader and the blue unlock button is not showing, please get in touch with us by creating a ticket at account.ui.com/requests and provide us with a recording showing the unlock button is not showing up when you near the reader, as well as the support file from both the Identity Enterprise app and the UA Reader. ### 2/5 — Incoming Doorbell calls had no notification *2025-10-27, version 0.90.2* The Incoming Doorbell calls had no notification and sound ### 2/5 — Session expire *2025-09-21, version 0.90.2* The session expire … always… ### 3/5 — Was pretty good until the most recent update *2025-01-08* App worked pretty well, with users unlocking the doors primarily via shake or NFC. As the Air Cube will not ask you to download the UI Mobile app, we suppose that you are referring to the UISP Mobile app. These are 2 different apps, please download UISP and see if it is the correct app you are looking for. If you meant to say Air BnB, then they should be providing you the username and password to allows you to log into the Identity Enterprise mobile app. If you are still encountering issues, feel free to contact uid.support@ui.com. ### 4/5 — Works better than Android *2022-12-06* I had an android phone previously. Switched to Apple due to more features being supported on Apple such as Mobile Shake. Definitely like to option to be able to shake my phone and the doors unlock. However I wish they would develop a UI app for the Apple Watch to be able to unlock from the watch. They should also create an approach to unlock where the door will automatically unlock if the app is running and you get within a certain distance to the door. That way you don’t have to take your phone out and shake it. Or, a UI app on the watch to be able to shake the watch to unlock. One tap VPN and WI-FI works well also! Again the option to use the Apple Watch to unlock doors would round this out to a perfect app! **Developer response:** Hi @mibellinger08, thanks for supporting! To unlock the door within a certain distance, it is now supported by using the Mobile Tap feature, you can adjust the distance of the Mobile Tap in the Advanced Options settings under Identity app > Profile > Mobile Unlock. The screen stays greyed out and the mic and camera feed never come through. Make sure to share with us the exact time of the doorbell call as well. ### 1/5 — Peggior app mai vista sullo store *2025-04-18, version 0.85.1* Abbiamo dispositivi unifi per l’accesso in ufficio ed è l’esperienza peggiore che io abbia mai avuto. Continua a chiedermi il login ogni ora e di conseguenza non posso aprire la porta dell’ufficio. Inoltre continua ad aprirsi Apple Wallet ogni volta che avvicino il telefono al dispositivo per la scansione NFC. E per non farsi mancare nulla, a volte anche se avvicino il telefono la porta non si apre, costringendomi ad aprire l’app. ### 1/5 — Horrible!!!! *2024-09-22* I’m losing a major customer because signing in to identity enterprise and managing users is a nightmare!!! I can’t get super admins logged in and the mfa with the verify app is not working. The owner who has $50,000 invested can’t even see his own cameras. Then when I finally got it working for one of his employees they can’t use the “warp” feature on the AI-360 cameras which makes them worthless. Half-gig of storage space burned to push one button to open a door.
