Every single person involved with this app should hang their head in shame. Astonishingly, the app makes OSIM and indeed all of Singapore appear ham-fisted and perhaps incompetent.

### 1/5 — Doesn't Sync with iPhone

That app has become increasingly painful. The iPhone says it's connected by Bluetooth in settings but the app doesn't recognise it. Tried on multiple devices. 

Waste of time.

Last update in 2015. The connection works intermittently. Buggy at times. When it works, it is great to control the various functions. With the latest IOS for now (10.3.1), the app thinks that my phone is jailbroken and would not allow me to purchase and download the various massage programmes. Anyway, these programmes should be available for free download as part of selling point for your expensive chair.

First off, music is buggy, you select the playlist then hit massage and it goes back to default Osim music. Second and most important is that I already paid a fortune for the chair and now they want to charge me $4.99 for different massage programs?? They should be given for free!
