Support has been very helpful the past week or two, fixing a critical caller ID bug and an issue with invoices I was seeing. Happy to see movement on this app and looking forward to future feature possibilities and tighter integration with UISP! ### 1/5 — Crap *2022-04-15, version 1.3.8* Why are UniFi apps so poor ? I would pay for the app if it was complete and all working. I have been waiting for the ticketing portion to be implemented thinking that it would be awesome…another incomplete portion of this app. I respond to a customer on their ticket and it looks like they are talking to themselves.
