Why are UniFi apps so poor ? 
I fail to understand why this is such a cluster.

We really need the ability to edit comment and close  tickets back in the app again.  We had it before the redesign over a year ago this is killing the usefulness of the app

Love having the functionality in the app but it is always incomplete. Why not just finish it? I would pay for the app if it was complete and all working. I have been waiting for the ticketing portion to be implemented thinking that it would be awesome…another incomplete portion of this app. I respond to a customer on their ticket and it looks like they are talking to themselves. It does not respond as you, it responds as the client when you type a response.

I love the layout of this app, I WANT TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO MANAGE AND COMMENT ON TICKETS. Once this is in place this rating will be changed to 5 Stars. Otherwise I love the direction this app is going.

Increasing my last review from 3 to 4 stars. Support has been very helpful the past week or two, fixing a critical caller ID bug and an issue with invoices I was seeing. Happy to see movement on this app and looking forward to future feature possibilities and tighter integration with UISP!
