They just keep reappearing after a few seconds. These are site I no longer have access to because we have handed over to the customer. ### 4/5 — OK but not perfect *2025-10-02* The application kind of does what it needs to - almost . let me elaborate, when it goes right it goes right but when there are errors the diagnostics / error reports tell the user practically nothing . Improve this and it’s a much better app. ### 2/5 — More unstable with updates. *2025-08-17, version 2.39.0* In the past the app ran smooth but over the years as updates come out the app force closes and also logs out of the controller. ### 2/5 — Not bad, just lacking a bit of instruction and detail. *2025-06-27* App assumes you are setting up an AP, no prompt to configure point to point or additional devices. Once you edge around either manual or auto initialisation, which to be honest there isn’t much or any difference between, there is no reference material. So you just have to figure it out yourself, or worse yet watch a YouTube video. For such products it’s such a shame they can’t follow through with their apps and tools. Needless to say now that I have to figure it all out for myself I am all over it, but boy did it cost me some time. You should have a prompt upon setup, to batch configure like you had in the UniFi app, and perhaps a user manual that consist of a bit more than just illustrations. ### 1/5 — Unable to connect *2025-06-03, version 2.38.2* Since the last update I can’t connect to my bridge but the bridge is working ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — 👎🏼 *2026-07-15* Can you undo whatever you did in the last update. Every time I need to use the app now, I need to log in. Super annoying with the verification code and no 1Password compatibility. I have to copy the 2FA code from 1Password manually. Every. Single. Time! Why don’t you call everything you make “beta” or even “alpha”? Stop breaking things. Start testing them before releasing. You can’t locate where to go to find support. Set up on the Nanobeam is crazy difficult! All in all Ubiquity is terrible. I’d give this company 0 stars if I could. And you have to be an IT expert. This is not for non tech persons. I’m pretty good in figuring tech stuff out. But this company has created products that the average tech enthusiast needs to stay away from.
